Grab the cliffhanger with both hands, swing your body sideways and at the same time move one hand further along the obstacle. Repeat with the other hand to overcome the obstacle. Combine more cliffhangers and other obstacles for your parkour. The Cliffhanger offers you maximum stability thanks to the massive construction. The 47mm wide strips offer you optimal grip, these can also be mounted the other way around or exchanged.
The cliffhanger is attached to a 47-52mm round tube so that you can jump onto the cliffhanger.
